Alternative family children's books.
Kin is dedicated to alleviating the negative stigma around the idea of the alternative family through children's books. Children are consistently exposed to the ideals of the nuclear family. In a progressive society, many families do not follow the traditional form which leaves young children feeling alienated and self-conscious because of their family structure.
Kin is a company committed to celebrating these families and striving to change nuclear ideals. Kin provides information on existing alternative family children’s books and also serves as an imprint publishing company to create a new series of picture books.
